Baptista Shiraz - 2002


Brick Red.
Nose: Aromas of leather and spice, with truffle and freshly polished furniture.
Palate: A light to medium weight palate has sour cherry flavour and cigar box bouquet, fine acid and balanced with distinct tannin and mature flavours.
A Heathcote Shiraz at maturity, showing some subtlety and development having a balance of flavours and extraction to enable the wine to be enjoyed with meats and dishes of a lighter style, or with fine cheese.
